If you are accessing our platform for the first time you will have to verify your account through the confirmation email and completing the following steps:

1. Access the email account with which you are registered
2. Make sure you have receive an email with subject line Activate your account now! from the address: [email protected]
3. Open the email and click on Confirm my email address
4.  After confirming you will be sent to our platform where you will click on Continue and you will be able to access the account by inserting your credentials

If you have forgotten your password you can recover it in a few simple steps:

1. Visit our Recover password page
2. Insert the email address you registered with and click on Send Instructions
3. Check that you have received an e-mail with the subject line Here are your password reset instructions! from the following address: [email protected]
4. Open the e-mail and click on Reset your password
5. You will be prompted to reset your password
6. Click on Reset password to complete the transaction
