If you are a Fan you can subscribe to a Creator profile by completing the following steps:

1. Login to the platform by using your credentials
2. Click on the Creator profile you want to subscribe to
3. Click on Subscribe for <value/month>
4. Select the Token with which you want to pay then click Subscribe

Once you have completed this procedure you will be redirected to the payment page. To complete the payment follow these steps:

1. Click Connect to connect your Wallet 
2. Click Pay to make the payment

Once the transaction is completed you must wait 40 seconds to ensure the payment was completed successfully. Once the wait is over, your subscription will be active and you will be redirected to the Creator profile page which you are subscribed to.

If you are a Fan you can manage transactions using the following steps:

1. Login to the platform with your credentials
2. Click the icon on the upper right corner of the page
3. Click on Settings and go to Payments

Here you will find 2 tabs for managing transactions.

Spent
In this tab you can view your outgoing balance, as well as all transactions inherent to your profile.

My Subscription
In this tab you can view the status of your subscriptions to Creators of whom you are Fan, with the ability to filter by All, Active, Inactive, Expired. In addition you can do the following operations:

1. Cancel a Subscription to a Creator by clicking Unsubscribe
2. Reactivate an inactive subscription to a Creator by clicking Reactivate
3. Renew an expired subscription to a Creator by clicking Subscribe for <value/month>

When it’s time to renew your subscriptions to one ore more Creators, the platform will bring you to the page Keep Supporting your Creators. Here you will find a card for each subscription that needs renewal containing a few summarized details: 

• Price of renewal
• A tag in the lower half of the card indicating if the subscription has any variations
• Details about the Creator 

The various subscription cards will be grouped into different tabs based on the Cryptocurrency selected during the subscription.

In the tabs, the subscription cards are singularly selected using the flag  in the top right corner.

After having selected all the subscriptions you want to renew for a single tab, you will find in the upper half the total amount and the button to proceed with the payment. 

If after renewing all Creator subscriptions you are interested in there are some you no longer want to support, you can unsubscribe from them by clicking on:

 

        No, i don’t want to keep supporting creators!

If you access the platform after a period of inactivity, you may find on top on the amount of each subscription, a multiplier corresponding to renewals that took place during this time.

You can confirm your support to Creators by paying the total cost of renewals even for months in which you were inactive.  

Creators work hard to create quality content for their Fans, every bit of supports is fundamental.
