To register as a Creator follow these simple steps:

1. Click on Sign Up and insert your email and password you want to use for your account
2. Confirm you’re over eighteen by clicking the icon  then click on Continue
3. Select I’m a Creator and click on Continue
4. Select the category to which your content applies and you wish publish as a Creator
5. Click on Register to complete registration

You will receive an email i which you can confirm the creation of your profile. After confirming you may access to the platform. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, consult our guide: Problem with verifying your e-mail?

Our platform allows Creators to publish various types of content pertinent to the categories, chosen from the following:

• Adult
• Photography
• Gaming
• Fitness
• Food
• Finance

As a Creator you are responsible for the content you publish and share to your Fans and Followers through our platform by accepting and acknowledging that the HappyFans Team does not filter or moderate published content in any way. However, the Team reserves the right to remove, delete, block or rectify such content to their discretion, and will not allow the Creator to access the platform in the following cases:

• A receive report on content
• Violation of copyright laws or intellectual property rights
•  When ordered by a Public Authority
• When the Team becomes aware of content, even though accessible through the platform, that can represent a risk to other users, a third party and/or the viability of the service

The removal, blocking, deleting or rectifying of content from our platform does not give the Creators responsible any right to reimbursement, damages or indemnity. For more information regarding the points discussed in this section you can consult our Terms and Conditions.
